No. At the moment, I only offer online EMDR intensives.

There are so many! You get to be in the comfort of your own space, with access to everything that feels familiar and soothing — a favorite blanket, scent, candle, or fuzzy socks. Our time together has built-in breaks so you can nourish, hydrate, and move as needed. Even your furry (or non-furry) companion can stay close while we dive in.
-
After our consultation and deciding to work together, I'll send over your paperwork and intake materials. We'll then meet via a secure video link for a 90-minute pre-intensive interview to build your personalized treatment plan. On the day(s) of the intensive, we meet for 5 hours total — 2.5 hours in the morning, a 1-hour break to nourish, hydrate, and move, and 2.5 hours in the afternoon. We start by gently preparing your nervous system for the work ahead before moving into the reprocessing phase. We use a specialized EMDR online platform that integrates bilateral stimulation, activating the processing mechanism that helps your brain finally heal experiences from your past. About 2–4 weeks later, we check in on (and celebrate!) your progress and discuss any additional support, if needed.

Studies show that delivering EMDR in an intensive format (longer sessions over consecutive days rather than the traditional once-a-week model) can produce the same or even greater results in significantly less time. Clients often experience meaningful symptom relief in days rather than months. EMDR is one of the most well-researched trauma treatments in the world, endorsed by organizations like the World Health Organization (WHO) and the American Psychological Association (APA).
-
Yes, if you're willing to travel to one of those states! You must be physically located in one of them at the time of service. Some clients find an Airbnb, hotel, or other accommodation that checks all the boxes for privacy, comfort, and coziness, turning their intensive into their own personal healing retreat.
-
At this time, EMDR intensives are not a covered service with most insurance plans due to the length of service (several hours over consecutive days).
-
Intensives might seem like a higher upfront cost. However, because progress is often accelerated in an intensive format, the overall cost can actually be lower when compared to weekly therapy stretched over months or years.
1-Day Intensive — $3,000 8 face-to-face hours, resources, assessments & personalized workbook
2-Day Intensive — $4,500 13 face-to-face hours, resources, assessments & personalized workbook
3-Day Intensive — $6,000 18 face-to-face hours, resources, assessments & personalized workbook
4-Day Intensive — $7,500 23 face-to-face hours, resources, assessments & personalized workbook

I absolutely love doing this work, and it would be such an honor to help you heal your past and build confidence in your future. When I'm not in sessions, strengthening my skillset through advanced training is extremely important to me. I have dedicated hours built into my weekly schedule for exactly that, and I attend both EMDR conferences annually. I'm a true learning nerd at heart, and I want to show up for my clients in a way I feel proud of.

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate before services begin — a written summary of the expected costs of your care so there are no surprises. This estimate outlines the anticipated cost of your intensive so you can make informed decisions about your care and financial investment ahead of time. You’ll receive more information about this during the consultation and onboarding process.
