You’re here because you want to stop being so mean to yourself and start to believe in your bad-a$$ self.

Yes, girl. This is where I come in.

I am obsessed with helping women step into their power. You’re about to discover that the beliefs you’ve been carrying about yourself were never actually true to begin with. We’ll look at where and how these myths developed, and help you release them for good.

First, you’ll walk me through the way you want to feel: the way you want to see yourself, treat yourself, and show up in this world. Then, we’ll talk about what’s holding you back — whether that’s guilt, shame, or something else.

Here’s the most important truth: you weren’t born this way.

Somewhere along your path of life, events happened that changed the way you think and feel. Even though some events feel insignificant, they affected you.

This is where EMDR comes in.

EMDR intensives help you get unstuck from the yuck, so you can step into who you were always meant to be.

I get it—BECAUSE I’VE BEEN WHERE YOU ARE.

As a mom of two littles, a professional, and a woman navigating a diet-culture world, I know how exhausting it is to keep measuring your worth against impossible standards — and how easy it is to lose yourself trying to keep everyone else happy.

At some point, I realized I was living my life in a way that I just couldn’t anymore. My own EMDR therapist guided me through my first intensive, and the change was shockingly profound.

Being able to help others do the same (and cheering for them along the way) lights. me. up.

I’ve always known that this work was my calling. It’s the only job I’ve ever had and ever wanted — and I take it very seriously. My commitment to you is to be a therapist that is all in — fully present, excited for the adventure, and wholeheartedly dedicated to your progress. I also prioritize taking good care of myself between sessions, so that I show up fully for you. With me, you’ll get the whole enchilada. ✨
